The most modern automatic corrugated board making plant designed to meet the
demands of today's corrugators for increased production and superior quality of
board. Rugged, yet streamlined in construction, the plant produces ready,
trimmed, creased and cut 3/5 ply corrugated board in one operation.
The single facer provided with this plant is bold new design a radical departure
from the conventional single facer ,designed for today's market and today's
manufacturing techniques. The new single facer borrow too little from
traditional single facer breakers new ground with several unique approaches to
corrugated board production. The rolls are mounted on roller bearings for smooth
running and longer life..
Right from the reel stand to the cut off unit, each unit of the plant is so
designed , to operated in harmony with one another resulting in enhanced
efficiency and streamlined operation

I High speed single face paper corrugated machine with following accessories
1. one set of Narrow flute rolls mounted on roller bearings
2. complete arrangement for termic fluid oil heating.
3. Variable speed drive motor of Dynospeed.
4.Gear box 1:5 ration shall be provided.
5.Two nos of pre heaters shall be fitted on the machine.
