Salient Features
Mechanical:
 • The most rugged construction and substantially heavier than other makes. One of the fastest in the world with a mechanical cutting speed of 47 cuts per minute. Aesthetically designed with clean, elegant and symmetrical line. The only one to use a pendulum action on the knife carriage bar which guarantees minimal absorption of energy by working parts resulting in reduced wear and easy accessibility for maintenance of the knife carriage and related functions. Uses a hydraulic unit manufactured in one piece with an independent electric motor to ensure correct and constant pressure and cutting speed throughout the duration of the cut. The hydraulic unit is dedicated to maintaining  clamp height, removing the need for counteracting springs. The knife carriage bar is engaged by a parallel axis reduction gear for quietness and high efficiency. The backguage back support glides on bearings to give almost frictionless running. DC motor for control of the backguage movement to give fast forward and fast reverse travel of the back guage (9/11 M/min) for increased productivity. The slow forward travel (crawl) is the slowest in the market allowing the backguage to stop with greatest precision and avoids knocking the pole away from the backguage in automatic mode. The cutting command is enabled through an electromagnetic coupling to give enhanced power and safety. Powerful electromagnetic brake mounted on the axis of the backguage lead screw which operates automatically when the backguage reaches programmed position and hence the backguage is always held immobile during cutting. Clamp descent speed is adjustable. Fully adjustable slides on the knife and clamp. The face of the backguage can be altered from multiple strips (comb shape) to fully flat surface. Exceptional accessibility to all mechanical and moving parts make the periodic maintenance easy and quick.

System:
• Backguage position accurate to ± 0.04mm Reading of backguage distance from LED display. The reading can be expressed in cm, mm, decimals and fractions. Auxillary displays indicated the channel number, the cut number and repetitive cuts. Two forward backguage speeds (fast-slow). 99 Programme channels. Expandable memory. Light touch keyboard. Can install a programme when the backguage is moving/stopped. Carryout single cuts not progrmmed or memorized without having to make manual settings.
The backguage can be progrmmed to hold position after cutting. Ejection of the pile can be programmed. Possible to programme a sequence of equal or repetitive cuts. Can programme automatic airtable start and stop, corrections on the X and Y axis. Keyboard can be used for mathematical calculation to be directly stored in the memory. Can automatically search for the first available channel. Unused memory capacity can be displayed. The running of a programme can be displayed. The running of a programme can be interrupted and then recovered later where it was interrupted. One or more instructions of a programme can be cancelled.
